Q: How many spaces are available?

The retreat is designed to be a more intimate experience. Therefore, we have limited The Choreo Retreat to 12 cool peeps. 

 

Q: Will I have my own bedroom and bathroom?

Each bedroom at the villa has its own private bathroom. If you purchase a single room, you’ll have your own bathroom. If not, you will be sharing with 1-2 others depending on the room you end up in. If you are interested in attending the retreat with a buddy and want to share a room, please let us know. However, please note that it’s based on a first paid basis. And every single room in the villa is as lovely as can be.

 

Q: Can I travel with a friend and be in the same room?

Yes- but you both will have to book in a timely manner. Once the rooms start booking up, it’ll be difficult to switch people around when they’ve paid for certain accommodations. 

 

Q: I want to attend but can’t afford it, what can I do?

This retreat is a powerful way to restructure your choreo life and super charge your vision and creativity. That is a tall order and requires an investment in yourself. If you are unable to afford the retreat now, and you agree that it would be a significant boost for you and your goals, then you can email TRAchoreo@gmail.com and we can put you on a payment plan to help break up the costs. 

 

Q; How will you decide how to fill the retreat attendee spots?

First come, first served, babe! 

 

Q: Is there ongoing support offered to keep me accountable and in the zone beyond the retreat?

Absolutely! You will be offered a post retreat virtual 1:1 session to keep you in the zone. This provides added value beyond the retreat experience. 

 

Q: Is it for men or women?

It’s about openness, intelligence, kindness, honesty and fun. These qualities are not gender specific. So if you think you have these qualities- we’ll see you in Costa Rica!

 

Q: Can I come late or leave early if the dates don't exactly work for me?

You are encouraged to arrive or depart on the designated arrival/departure days at whatever time works best for your travel schedule. We will have transportation arranged at set times, to and from Liberia airport. Anything outside of these arranged times, will need to be coordinated by you. Please note that the retreat has a specific focus for each day, so it’s best to get the full experience. If you come late or leave early you’re likely to miss something that’s connected to the overall process. We don't want you to miss anything, so late arrivals/departures (other than on designated arrival/departure days) aren’t exactly recommended.

 

Q: How will I know logistics about travel?

Once you’ve paid your deposit and signed the agreement, you’ll get everything you need to book!

 

Q: What if I want to spend more time visiting the region? What should I do or see to maximize the retreat's benefits?

We are happy to supply you with a suggested list of things to do/see/eat and places to stay near and around our retreat locations. Feel free to tack on extra time before or after the retreat if you want.

 

Q: What if something comes up and I can't attend? Can I get a refund?

Here’s the thing- this is an intimate retreat that includes meals and stay accommodations, therefore we need a confirmed list of attendees. That means that we cannot accommodate refunds. However, if something comes up and you can’t attend, we’ll do our best to find someone to fill your spot. And if that works out, then sure (minus the $500 deposit). However, we can’t guarantee that it’ll work out that way. 

 

Q: What if I get sick or injured while in Costa Rica?

If you get sick while on the retreat- we definitely have injury and safety protocol ready to roll. We’ll send them out before the retreat, and also review them once we get there!

 

Q: Will there be vegetarian or special meal options?

If you have special dietary needs, please let us know so that we can factor those into the menus. We have a private chef, so he’ll be able to hook you up.

 

Q: Can I bring my significant other, or child to stay with me if they are not attending the retreat?

Only participants are allowed :-)

 

Q: Is there an age limit?

Yes. You have to be 18 or older to attend. 

 

Q: I am just not sure if a retreat is what I need. How can I determine if this is the right thing for me?
